TENS is short for Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulator. It can be used to relieve pain or, as we kinksters have found out can be used to elicit either pain or pleasure on the “victim”. These units can be very expensive or relatively inexpensive in the form of a hitachi wand or, if you want the full experience, try the full TENS unit.
