Its interesting you know, when you tell your vanilla friends that you are a kinkster they will have one of two reactions (or variations thereof)
The first type will almost mentally shit themselves and never speak to you again.
The second bunch will start to ask questions, in a not so innocent manner. The first will say “What do you do”, quickly followed by why. Now because im too honest I tell em the truth, but oh man you could have some mental vanilla mind fucking 
And then maybe one person in ten will start to ask where can you find the information about it, in a round about way as they don’t want to be seen as a kinkster (yet) but just want to see out of curiousity. I had this the other day in a social setting and was asked, so “what do you do” I then pondered. Do I tell them the socially acceptable answer or do I drop my huge social bomb on them. I opted for the latter. (Theres a suprise then !)
